A clear focus on residents’ top concerns has already led to significant improvements in their levels of satisfaction with the council and with the borough as a place to live.

Prudent financial management has led to significant efficiency savings whilst still maintaining investment in service improvements.

Ealing has already been rated as the Best Achieving Council in the country (MJ awards 2009), but the council continues to seek to increase the pace of improvement.
